Writing Workshops
With Dea Birkett of the Guardian newspaper, I run TextWorkshops, offering writing training to people working in museums. We’ve had an exciting time taking TextWorkshop all over the country, working with small groups of people to inspire new ideas for text-writing. In the last twelve months we’ve also developed new workshops in research skills, writing for fundraising and writing for trails, in response to demand.
We also work in-house with many organisations including the Scottish Parliament, Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, National Museums Liverpool, Science Museum and many more.
Previous delegates have said some very kind things:
“An inspiring and different experience involving the power of words.”
“Excellent course. Learnt much in a short space of time.”
“Interactive and relaxed and fun.”
